With over 12 years of dedicated experience in student consultation, international student recruitment, and immigration advisory, I have proudly served as the Founder and Director of Touch and Fly Global Sdn. Bhd. since its inception in 2013. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with a wide network of esteemed colleges and universities across the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe, and Malaysia, facilitating successful admissions for international students.
My expertise spans end-to-end student support—from counseling and admissions to visa guidance and settlement services. I have personally overseen the recruitment and successful placement of more than 10,000 international students into globally recognized institutions, helping them achieve their academic and professional aspirations.

Pompi Dey serves as a Director and Shareholder of Touch & Fly Global, and has been playing a key role in the organization’s growth and international partnerships since 2019. She is responsible for managing university partnerships and exclusive collaborations across multiple countries, ensuring strong and sustainable relationships with global education institutions.
In her role, she handles partner agreements with universities and works closely with international education partners to expand academic opportunities and strengthen Touch & Fly Global’s global network. Her strategic involvement has been instrumental in building long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
She holds an ACCA (P1) qualification from the United Kingdom and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) from Malaysia, reflecting a strong academic and professional foundation. With extensive experience in student application processes for the USA, Canada, and the UK, she also specializes in handling visitor visa applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and successful outcomes.

He specializes in admission and academic counseling, pre-arrival guidance, and career counseling, providing students with comprehensive support throughout their education journey. Manju Biswas is the Proprietor of Touch & Fly Global – Bangladesh, leading the organization’s strategic expansion into Bangladesh since 2026. With over 13 years of successful leadership experience in Malaysia, she has been instrumental in building Touch & Fly Global into a trusted name in global education consulting and international immigration services.
After a distinguished professional journey in Malaysia, she embarked on a new chapter by establishing Touch & Fly Global in Bangladesh with a long-term strategic vision. Her core objective is to create a structured, transparent, and globally connected education ecosystem that enables Bangladeshi students and partners to access world-class academic institutions and international mobility opportunities.

Kamrul Hasan Khan serves as the Operational Director of Touch & Fly Global Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he plays a key role in leading organizational operations and advancing global student mobility initiatives. Over the years, he has been actively involved in guiding international students toward leading education destinations, including the USA, Canada, Malaysia, the UK, and Australia.
In his current role, he oversees daily operations, develops strategic partnerships, and ensures the effective delivery of international education and student mobility services across global markets. His operational leadership and strategic insight contribute significantly to the organization’s efficiency, growth, and international reach.
Alongside his corporate responsibilities, he has made notable contributions to academia. He has taught ACCA, CIMA, and Financial Management programs at leading institutions, including FTMS Global College and Anglia Ruskin University, reflecting his strong commitment to professional education and capacity building.

Mr. Mihir Biswas has been serving as the Country Manager of Touch & Fly Global – Bangladesh since 2020 and has been actively involved in driving the organization’s growth and strategic direction. With over six years of experience in student counseling and international education services, he brings strong leadership and industry insight to his role.
He has successfully guided students toward their academic goals while playing a vital role in achieving the company’s key milestones and long-term objectives. His effective marketing strategies have significantly strengthened Touch & Fly Global’s market presence and brand recognition, while also fostering meaningful collaborations with valued partners.
In addition to operational leadership, he works closely with institutional and B2B partners, supporting business development and expanding global education opportunities. His approach combines strategic planning with student-focused services to ensure sustainable growth.

Syeda Fardina Mahjabin joined Touch and Fly Global – Bangladesh in 2026 and has been actively involved in guiding international students toward their academic and career aspirations abroad. With a strong academic background in Business Administration (BBA, MBA), she brings professionalism, strategic thinking, and student-focused guidance to her role.
She has extensive experience counseling students for leading global education destinations, including the USA, Canada, Malaysia, the UK, and Australia. Her expertise covers academic pathway planning, university selection, admission processes, and visa guidance, ensuring students and parents receive accurate and transparent support.
Currently serving as the Senior Education Counsellor at the Chattogram branch, she works closely with students and parents to help them make informed decisions about their future education goals. In addition to student counseling, she actively collaborates with Touch and Fly Global’s B2B partners, strengthening institutional relationships and expanding global education opportunities.
Pan Yu Shuen
Director – Touch & Fly Global (Malaysia)
Pan Yu Shuen serves as the Director of Touch & Fly Global – Malaysia, overseeing the organization’s overall operational, administrative, and regulatory functions. In this leadership role, she is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily company activities while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
She plays a central role in collaborating with universities and global education partners, managing institutional relationships, and overseeing the negotiation and signing of partnership and university agreements. Her work ensures that all collaborations align with the company’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
In addition to partnership management, she oversees banking and financial administration, including company bank account operations and coordination with financial institutions. She works closely with the company secretary, ensuring proper corporate documentation, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
Pan Yu Shuen also supervises audit, accounting, and tax-related matters, coordinating with auditors, accountants, and tax consultants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Malaysian regulations.
Al Arafat Mahi
Designer & Digital Marketing Executive – Touch & Fly Global
Al Arafat Mahi has been serving as the Designer and Digital Marketing Executive at Touch & Fly Global since 2025. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing creative and digital marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand presence across online platforms.
He specializes in Facebook marketing and digital advertising, managing campaigns to promote global education services, university partners, and institutional offers. His responsibilities include video editing for promotional content, designing engaging banners, posters, and visual marketing materials, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital channels.
In addition to creative execution, he actively contributes to marketing planning and campaign strategy, supporting lead generation, audience engagement, and brand visibility. His creative and data-driven approach helps position Touch & Fly Global effectively in a competitive international education market.
