1. EMGS fees are always non-refundable as per EMGS policy. For any kind of
EMGS or Immigration rejection Touch and Fly global is not responsible.
2. Our Recruitment Partner’s Commission will get their commission within 3 days after
Touch and Fly Global Sdn. Bhd. received commission from the university.
Commission release period will be depending on university. Estimated it will take 3-6
Months.
3. If any students medical fail after arrival, or low attendance then according to
university rules Touch and Fly Global not able to claim commission. So, in This case
we will not release any commission to our partners as well.
4. Before we claim the commission from the University student must need to pay
minimum payment of fees according to universities fees policy and student status
must be in Registered.
5. EMGS fees and Tuition fees student can pay direct to the University.
6. As per Malaysian Immigration rules Students are not get any work permit from
EMGS or Immigration. So, after arrival if any students do any offence, then Touch
and Fly Global is not Responsible.
7. Our Recruitment partners should not give any false information to students, like
Scholarship or Discount which even university not providing. In this case Touch and
Fly Global are not Liable.
